Membership Dollars and Donations goes to maintaining over 150 miles of diverse trails across Long Island. Including vital expenses like tools, signage, rising insurance costs and much more.
Support CLIMB's Trail Fund
CLIMB builds and maintains over 150 miles of trails. We have to pay for our own signage, trail markers, tools, and insurance. In addition to that we incur costs for website maintenance, membership software, office supplies, etc. Every year our signs, kiosks, and trail signs are vandalized or are stolen.
CLIMB is also required by our land managers to provide insurance for our trail work volunteers as well as for our events. These insurance costs increase each year and that doesn't leave much money left over for other projects.
Tools
While our volunteers supply the muscle, your donations supply the gear. Every dollar goes directly toward purchasing heavy duty trail tools from McLeods and Rogue Hoes to chainsaws and leaf blowers. Keeping Long Island’s mountain bike trails safe, fast, and rideable year-round.
